Hot Wife got home from tennis practice Sunday night and looked very happy.
"I think I flirted with someone at the tennis club tonight….."
"Cool, what happened?"
"I was coming out of the locker room and ran into a group of guys I had never seen before. It sounded like they were speaking Spanish and one of them asked if I was from Peru. I said no but we ended up talking for a while after that"
"Ok, and then?"
"The guy was Italian, young, and very nice looking. I’m not sure but I think I flirted a little bit with him. He wanted to go out for some drinks."
"Ok"
"He asked me for my number…"
"Ok"
"So I gave him my number."
"Really? Fake number?"
"No, I gave him my real number…. I don’t know what I was thinking. "
"Really?"
At this point her cell phone rings and it’s the guy from the tennis club. After a short conversation Hot Wife tells him very politely that she can’t go out on a date since she’s married and has a young child. The guy was apparently so good looking she forgot about that. She hangs up and looks embarrassed.
"Honey, this definitely qualifies as flirting!!!"
Now hold on while I slap Hot Wife around a bit and explain once again why men are nice to women. BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HAVE SEX!!

Yes, the last sentence is correct 99% of the time. For single men it’s about sex all the time and for married men it’s about sex most of the time. ;-)
Of course now you need to tell HotWife to STOP giving out her phone number to men! Not a good habit for a married person to get in to. :-{
hmmm, I don’t see any problem with flirting, as long as one knows what’s motivating the other person (and I agree with your last sentence too). It’s kind of fun to trade flirting stories with one’s spouse, isn’t it? As long as it’s all in fun…
