I think this is one of the better photos of our young daughter Annika. We've realized that she's almost the opposite of Daniel in many ways. Daniel has been the easiest and happiest kid imaginable. He has still required lots of energy and hard work but he's always been happy. He smiled constantly from month one. Annika rarely smiles but perhaps she's still a bit young for that. She cries a lot more, thankfully only during the day, and my theory is that she's a woman and therefore naturally high maintenance ***ducking for cover from all the women***. Seriously, we're very happy and proud to have her with us and we're thankful that she's was born healthy. The rest of her life is up to us parents and we better not screw things up.
