Talk about change of climate!
Stockholm is beautiful at the moment. Sunny blue skies and a foot of white crisp snow. The downside?? It's freaking cold!!! This has been a challenge since we are returning from hot summer weather. The change of temperature from one day to antother was dramatic. When we left Baja California it was hot and when arriving Sweden we were greeted by freezing temperatures and a snowstorm. Must be confusing for Daniel but so far he's handling it well
Day 1 : Sunny blue skies in Baja California with a temperature of 30 c (90 F). Dressed in shorts and t-shirt with plastic tractor and shovel

Day 2: Temperature of -15 C (5 F) with a few feet of snow and a freaking snowstorm. Dressed in a hardcore winter outfit by Reima, Goretex shoes, gloves, and hat. Riding the crap out of the Snow Racer in the deep snow. As we say in Sweden: there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!

My god…a picture says a thousand words, doesn’t it! Brrr! Hope everyone is keeping toasty warm!
Very cute. It must be good to be home, despite the weather.

[…] Our main concern is of course that our baby is healthy and that the rest of the pregnancy continues without too many problems. Daniel is doing great and even though he has been coughing for a week he's doing alright. Lots of kids and teachers at the school are/have been sick but we're very happy about Daniel's extreme resistance towards disease. He's just over two years old and has just been to the doctor once for a bad cold. A few days of fever and some light coughing at times and that's about it during his two years. My theory for the extreme health is that we breastfed for the whole twelve months which is the recommended time here in Sweden. He's also been traveling a lot from a very young ago and gotten used to lots of different environments and bacteria. Does this sound like complete bullshit or could it be a reason for his good health? […]
