Quiet Children => Problems
My 4-year old son is really fantastic. He's calm, helpful, always happy, and can be trusted with almost anything. I have no problems leaving him in his room with my Macbook laptop watching a movie for an hour with closed doors. I know my laptop is safe. But like other kids, his imagination is increasing and he likes to build or create stuff. Sometimes alone. I guess it's typical of his age. Yesterday he played nicely in his room for an hour or so and I was happy to get a break and just relax for a while. But as you know, quiet often means problems…
I opened the door to his room and almost fell over. The whole room had quietly been turned upside down. Nothing was in it's place. My son asked me excitedly to come and check out the airport/harbor he just built. What could I say, I would love to check out his brilliant construction. I guess I haven't learned much after being a parent for four years. Now, repeat after me. Quiet is never a good sign……

When I saw the picture, I became confused. I thought that one of my daughters rooms. Quiet can be a very dangerous thing. I have to admit, when it’s quiet around our house, it can be very relaxing. However, it never fails. You are right on…..Quiet can be a bad sign.
I agree, but if cleaning up is the only price sometimes the quiet is worth it.
