New Ipod phone on the way?

According to reports, Apple are set to introduce a music phone at a press conference next week. I have been waiting for a device like this for a long time. But I’m very curious over what kind of functionality it will have and, most importantly, how much capacity it will have. Me and Sandra currently have two 40 GB Ipods which are both full. A phone with capacity of 1-2 GB would not be interesting to me.
Unfortuanly the phone will most likely not be WI-Fi enabled and that’s a function I really want in an Ipod phone. Imagine being able to download stuff straight into your phone from you home network or any public Wi-Fi spot. I know you can use blutooth to transfer stuff between your phone and computer but it’s pretty lame.
A Wi-Fi phone with Ipod functionality and of course calendar and email as well. That’s the perfect device and I expect it will be here within a year or so unless Ipod comes through next week.
I can see some more geek stuff being added to the AdventureDad household soon…….
