Need a little extra money for Christmas? Who doesn't. Stock markets are down 35-60% just this year and real estate prices are not looking good, especially if you're in California, Las Vegas, or Florida where prices have dropped 30-50 percent in just a year. Steve Olson has some great advice of how to scrape together a little extra money this holiday season without much effort. Side benefits include a cleaner house with far less crap.
