Goodbye To A Blog Friend
One blog I enjoyed reading this past year was Issa's World. It's sad to see that she has decided to stop blogging, effective immediately. Blogging leads to lots of new friends which has made me think more about friendship.
Getting to know someone over the internet is very different from "real life". It's very impersonal since most of the communication takes place via email. Although many emails can be detailed. But it's also intensely personal since many bloggers bare their souls in their writing. There are so many emotional and moving stories. I know more about some bloggers than I do about close friends.
There are many blogs out there and I can't remember how I found Issa's World. But I enjoyed reading her stuff and hang around on a regular basis. It's difficult to explain why some blogs are interesting and others aren't. But how could I possibly resist someone telling me how she was fucking in the kitchen when her toddler walked through the door? How could I not cry when she wrote about the suicide of her long time friend Andrew or her tribute to 9/11 victim Thomas J. Kennedy?
Adios for now, take good care of the family and hope to see you again.

Dude I went and read the sex in the floor post and that was freak’n hilarious. Looks like I missed out on a good one.
That one post is funny-
It’s always sad to see some leave the blog world. It can be a bit overwhelming at times
