I just love the way young kids think.  It's so fresh, logical, and honest.  I was channel surfing for a few minutes today and my son was on the couch with me.  I started watching Tour de France highlights and watched a large group of riders in the peloton shadow a lead police motorcycle when my son made the cutest comment.  Watching this for the first time, he asks me:

"What are they doing?"

"It's a large bike race in France which is very popular"

My son watches another minute, then says:

 "The motorcycle is winning"

I thought his comment was so innocent and cute.  Plus it was technically accurate.  Getting older means thinking more rational with limiting options.  Wish I could keep more of this toddler thinking going, it would be silly a times but much more creative.
