After way too long time my site is finally live.  Me and Sandra have been talking about our own website for a very long time.  I think we decided in year 2000 that we should definitely have a site since we love photography, travel a lot, and have our family and friends spread all over the world.  Mostly because of me the site was never completed, or even started, until recently.   I managed to finish Sandra's site a month or so ago and it's coming along nicely.  Far from finished but getting there.  We are still working on a gallery for all our photos from around the world and hope to have that done in a couple of weeks.

I'm currently on my second vacation week, out of six, and we are heading up north tomorrow to our family summerhouse.   When I say up north I mean WAY up north.  Think Arctic Circle, 30 below zero in winter, and tons of snow.  But the summers are really lovely.  Nice weather, a sun that really never goes down, dinner on the deck by the lake,  and great food cooked by my parents.  Most evenings the view of the lake is fantastic, like in photo above from last summer

Me and Daniel are flying tomorrow and Sandra is heading to Paris for a few days of fun and relaxing with a friend.  She will join us up north in four days.  I'm hoping to get some blogging done up there but we'll see how much time Daniel allows me…..

Daniel has not been up there since last summer, at age 4 months, so it's unlikely that he will remember much.  But I'm sure our little angel will enjoy himself and and take full advantage of all the new things to be discovered.  He's incredibly curious but in a really nice way.  We are also noticing that he's starting to understand a lot more of what we are saying.  But it can't be easy to be surrounded by three languages, Swedish, English, and Spanish, at all times.  But in a few years he will (hopefully) be speaking three languages without problems which will be a great advantage and awesome to hear.  Or perhaps he won't speak a single word by that time….?  Time will tell.

My parents have not seen Daniel for a couple of months and there has been much progress since then.  He's running around everywhere and  wants to explore the whole world at once.  But he knows how to get our attention and can certainly make his points very clear.  Always with that incredible smile on his face.  From morning to bedtime. 

We are very blessed.
