A few other great Daddy Blogs
I read a lot on the internet and follow many other blogs. My interest’s are diverse, lots of news and current events, way too much geek stuff, but also many daddy or family blogs. Here are a few Daddy Blogs that have nice sites and write some hilarious stuff. In no particular order:
MetroDad lives in NYC and is a must read. His life sounds a bit like mine, he’s got experiences from the all over the world and loves NYC. Check out his latest stuff, Situational comedy no book warned us about, his story about Hector, or the loving tribute to his best friend Andy. The last one is NSFW because of severe crying.
Because I’m Your Father (BiyF) resides in TN and will make you tear up in laughter. A huge football fan which you can see in his latest write-up about an injury to his son.
Mr. Nice Guy is from Brooklyn and I’ll give you cash if you can read his stuff without laughing. Check out his latest post about the "Exersauser" or the problems with teething in "Deadly seizuring teeth of paralysis and death"
Mr. Big Dubya is a Connecticut father which shares his thought about life and all the stuff that goes through a fathers mind. Check out "I’m just a hairy guy" or his rant about awards shows
Laid- off-Dad also lives in NYC and has two kids. LOD has a wife variety of post’s but a majority is about his kids, mainly his newest recruit. Read about Twobert’s struggle with teething, LOD’s sex dreams, or the "threat" his son poses.
The Bean’s Dad is a stay-at-home-dad who writes about pretty much everything. Check out his latest post about giving a pig a pancake or "The name game".
SweetJuniper is the couple Dutch and Wood with their little kid Junebug. Cool people from the west coast who write funny stuff about the adventure of raising their girl. Check out "Do they make straitjackets for 7-month-olds" or the funny "Bjorn urinal etiquette".
Childs Play is hilarious and has two little ones. Lots of good posts like 3-month abs, Movie Talk, and his parenting secrets to name a few recent ones.
The Zero Boss is updated all day long and always has interesting stuff from Jay. He discusses current events like the recent focus on porn from FBI or a little bit more personal stories like his vasectomy.
Chocolate makes it better will tell you about cracking a darkie or what they don’t tell you about being a parent. He’s an Aussie which means we have now expanded the Daddy Bloggers Society to cover three continents.
Clare’s Dad is the Connecticut father of a little girl and shares his hectic life with us. He’s a borderline country boy and seems to be a nice down to earth guy. He occasionally does stuff with Clare he doesn’t want to tell the wife. A good way to get to know him is to read "Why I write"
Rude Cactus is a father and tech guru. His site is huge with lots of thoughts on current events, like the latest "No moon left behind". And you just have to read his "About section ". Very impressive. I need to hire this man to do my bio.
thDad is the father of "Lil’K" and is located way up in Washington State. Perhaps I shouldn’t say "way up" since my current location is pretty much at the North Pole. thDad is another tech guru which I’m sure you figured out by his well designed site. This couple sounds like me and Hot Wife with all their workouts and outdoor activities. We seem to share many similar thoughts on how to raise a kid and about spending time together as well.
Pet Cobra is a surfer, father, and very entertaining. Just reading his bio is something different. Mouse on over to his blog and read about surfing or raising his son
This list is not complete by any means. I hope to include some more sites shortly. Go to MetroDad’s site for a nicer write up of Daddy blogs or thDad’s nice summary of blogging fathers.
I mentioned before that the Daddy Bloggers all seem to be super nice people. We joked earlier about doing a BlogHim conference and I think that would be really funny. Actually, we don’t need to do a conference, we can just meet up at a bar and I’m sure we would have a great time. How could we not have a great time, they’ve got alcohol! It would be so cool to meet the folks behind their sites. On my next trip to NYC I’m definitely gonna hook up with MetroDad and hopefully LOD and Mr. Nice Guy as well
That’s it for now. Now back to work and sell some eur/usd. Remember this folks, it’s NEVER too late to sell eur/usd. EU is a pathetic joke.

Thanks for pointing me to Rude Cactus. I need my fill of ‘tech dads’ and he helps with that. ;-)
Hey, thanks for the reference and kind words! I’d have to agree with you that we have pretty similar philosophy on parenting. And we both have a “hot wife”. ;-) I’m far from a tech guru, but I dabble a bit in my day job. ;-)
Thanks, brother! You know I feel the same about you. I find it very cool that most of the “daddy bloggers” that I enjoy are guys that I would have liked in the pre-child days as well. I could easily have seen running into you somewhere in an earlier life.
Thanks for the mention and the kind words, my friend!
Cheers for the kind words AD. It sounds like you and I are missing out on a whole heap of yakee love mate!
It reckon it’s great that all these blokes can get together and laugh about being dads and dickheads at the same time. Even if we are in different countries!
Take Care
I’m am constantly amazed at the number of blogging dads that keep surfacing!
